When to Schedule
AC Installation, Maintenance & Repair
Late summer through October, before the first hard cold snap. Once the temperature drops our schedule fills with no-heat calls and routine visits get pushed. Booking early gets you a faster appointment and leaves room to handle anything the inspection turns up while the heat is still optional. We also maintain commercial boilers, including multi-zone and multi-boiler plants, on a semiannual schedule.
Boiler Cleaning FAQ
Do gas boilers need an annual cleaning as well?
Gas systems foul more slowly, so the efficiency argument is weaker. The safety argument is not. A cracked heat exchanger is invisible until somebody looks at it, and looking is the whole point of the visit. We inspect the exchanger, the venting, and every safety control regardless of fuel. We test combustion before we touch anything and again when we are done, so you see both readings and know exactly what the cleaning bought.
